Is there a charge or penalty if I don't cancel my reservation?

If you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation window or fail to arrive at the hotel, your credit card will be charged one night's room and tax.

What forms of payment does Hotel Sierra accept?

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. This includes American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau, MasterCard, and Visa.

Upon check-in, the guest must present a valid credit card in his or her name. A sufficient amount of credit must be available to cover all room charges, taxes, and incidental charges. Cash payment will be accepted upon checkout, at which time the credit card authorization will be released. Pre-paid cash deposits are accepted, but the guest is still required to present a valid credit card in his or her name at check-in for incidental charges. Pre-paid deposits that are paid by check must be received two weeks in advance of the guest's arrival.
